    • If using, add the Medan anchovies and cook for another minute. Season with mushroom broth powder and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Combine and Cook:

    • Add the sliced tamagoyaki into the pan with the shallot mixture. Stir to combine.
    • Add the bean sprouts and cook for a few more minutes until the sprouts are slightly tender but still crisp.
