Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Idli Dosa Batter
  • 4 Whole Eggs
  • 1 Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 3 Green Chillies (finely chopped, or more as per taste)
  • A pinch of Turmeric powder (Haldi) per dosa
  • A pinch of Red Chilli powder per dosa
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, finely chopped (or Mint Leaves)

Instructions:
