Ingredients:
- 4 lbs pork roast
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Preheat and Prepare:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Season the pork roast with salt and pepper, rubbing it all over for even flavor.

Roast the Pork:
- Place the seasoned roast on a roasting rack set in a pan to catch drippings.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 175°F (80°C) when measured with a meat thermometer.

- While the pork is roasting, prepare the cranberry glaze.
- In a saucepan, combine the whole berry cranberry sauce, diced yellow onion, cinnamon, and ginger.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then remove it from heat.

- About halfway through the roasting time, begin basting the pork with the cranberry glaze at regular intervals.
- Reserve some of the cranberry mixture to serve alongside the thinly sliced pork.
