1 Yellow onion
1 Red bell pepper

2 cups Cold water
2 tbsp Salt
2 cups White wine vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Blanch Peppers and Onions:

    • Heat two cups of water in a medium saucepan over low heat.
    • Add garlic cloves, yellow onion, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, and habanero pepper to the saucepan.
    • Blanch the peppers and onions for one to two minutes until slightly tender.

  3. Prepare Pickling Liquid:

    • Reserve the hot water from blanching.
    • In the same saucepan, add salt, white wine vinegar, sugar, and mustard seeds to the hot water.
