Tips for Making Perfect Raw Mango Dal Fry

  • Adjust the quantity of raw mango based on the level of tanginess you prefer.
  • To make it spicier, increase the amount of green chilies or red chili powder.
  • For a richer flavor, you can add an extra teaspoon of ghee while tempering.
  • If you do not have a pressure cooker, cook the dal in a pot. It will take longer, so keep checking for doneness.

Enjoy this delightful Raw Mango Dal Fry and bring a refreshing tang to your everyday meals!
