Ingredients:
- 500 grams beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
Marinade:
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2-inch piece of ginger (finely grated, using a cheese grater)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced or grated with a cheese grater)
Additional Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (mixed with water to create a slurry)

- Slice the beef thinly.
