Simple Teriyaki Stir-Fry with Minced Beef and Bean Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce bean sprouts
  • 1 ounce minced beef
  • 4 small red chilies (sliced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for sautéing)
  • 2 stalks green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Begin by mincing the garlic and chopping the green onions. Slice the red chilies and set them aside.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics:

    • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Cook the Minced Beef:

    • Add the minced beef to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the Vegetables:

    • Stir in the bean sprouts and sliced red chilies. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the bean sprouts are tender-crisp, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Season the Stir-Fry:

    • Pour in the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Stir well to combine all the flavors. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.
  6. Finish and Serve:

    • Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top and give everything a final toss. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Enjoy this quick and flavorful Teriyaki Stir-Fry as a satisfying meal on its own or as a delightful addition to any Asian-inspired feast!
