  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 200 ml water
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch, mixed with a little water (for thickening)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 large onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 large carrot, grated using a matchstick grater
  • 1/4 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • 1/2 packet of Sajiku flour (mixed with water to create a thick batter)

Steps:

    In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, and ground pepper. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
