Teriyaki Beef Rolade with Spicy Tofu and Meatballs

Teriyaki Rolade Beef Recipe 😋

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of beef rolade
  • 3 beef meatballs
  • 3 pieces of Chinese tofu or fried tofu
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • Red chili peppers, bird’s eye chilies, and large green chilies, as needed
  • 1 medium onion
  • Teriyaki sauce, to taste
  • Salt and chicken bouillon (Masako), to taste
  • Sweet soy sauce, to taste
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • Water, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Slice the garlic, chilies, and onion.
    • Cut the tofu into cubes.
  2. Pre-cook the Rolade:

    • Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle. Place the beef rolade on it and cook until it is half done. Set aside.
  3. Sauté Aromatics:

    • In the same skillet, heat some cooking oil. Add the sliced garlic, onions, and chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add Meat and Tofu:

    • Add the beef meatballs and tofu cubes to the skillet. Season with salt and chicken bouillon. Stir well.
  5. Incorporate Sauces:

    • Pour in a little water to create a sauce base. Stir to combine.
    • Add teriyaki sauce and sweet soy sauce to taste. Mix well.
  6. Combine Rolade:

    • Place the partially cooked beef rolade back into the skillet. Stir everything together and adjust seasoning as needed. Allow the mixture to cook until the rolade is fully cooked and the flavors are well combined.
  7. Serve:

    • Once everything is well-cooked and flavors are balanced, remove from heat. Serve hot and enjoy! 😋
