Chicken Mushroom Teriyaki
Ingredients:

- 500 grams boneless chicken, diced (you can use chicken wings cut into halves as well)
- 1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- 1 onion, chopped
- Garlic, to taste
- 150g Enoki mushrooms
- 150g Wood ear mushrooms
- Salt, pepper, sugar to taste
- Optional: Spring onions, celery, chili peppers, assorted vegetables
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken and stir until it changes color.
- Mix in Teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and sweet soy sauce. Stir well.
- Add a little water to help cook the chicken through. Let it come to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the Enoki mushrooms and Wood ear mushrooms. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and additional soy sauce if needed.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or make it more comforting with porridge.
