Scrambled Eggs with Tomato (2 Ingredients)
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 1 ripe tomato
- Salt, sugar, and pepper (to taste)
- A small amount of cooking oil for sautéing

Prepare the Tomato: Begin by slicing the tomato thinly. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Immerse the tomato slices in the boiling water and cook until the skin starts to peel away. Remove from the water, then dice the tomato into small cubes.

Cook the Tomato: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add the diced tomato to the pan. Season with salt, a pinch of sugar, and pepper to taste. (Note: I often skip the pepper in this recipe 😁). Add just a little water to the pan to help create a bit of sauce.

Add the Egg: Once the tomato mixture is heated through and starts to simmer, crack the egg into the pan. Stir gently to combine the egg with the tomato, cooking until the egg is scrambled and fully cooked.
