Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  4. Fold in the diced mango, raisins, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut into the wet mixture.

  5. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  7. Cool the loaves in the pans for 10 to 15 minutes, then remove from pans and transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

  8. Slice and serve the Hawaiian Mango Bread either fresh or toasted with butter. It also makes delicious French toast!
