Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2-3 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry
- 1/4 pound turkey breast, cut into bite-size cubes
- 2 pounds chicken, cut into bite-size cubes
- 1 1/4 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 red sweet bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- Cherry tomatoes

Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade for brushing onto the kebabs while grilling, and set it aside.

Marinate the Meat: Cut the turkey breast and chicken into bite-size cubes. Place the meat cubes in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least two hours, stirring occasionally to evenly distribute the flavors.

Prepare the Skewers: While the meat is marinating, prepare your skewers. Cut the pineapple into bite-size chunks and chop the red sweet bell pepper and onion into chunks as well. Thread the marinated meat, pineapple chunks, red sweet bell pepper, onion, and cherry tomatoes alternately onto water-soaked skewers. This creates a beautiful array of colors and flavors on each kebab.
