Tuna and Avocado Wraps with Yogurt and Daikon Sauce

Prepare the yogurt and daikon sauce:
Begin by peeling the daikon radish. Cut it into small cubes and place them in a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer the blended daikon to a bowl and mix well to form the sauce base. -
Slice the avocado:
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Slice the avocado into thin pieces. -
Assemble the wrap:
Take a whole wheat flatbread (piadina) and spread one or two tablespoons of the yogurt and daikon sauce in the center, leaving a small border around the edges.
Place a few slices of avocado on top of the sauce. -
Add the tuna:
Drain the canned tuna well to remove any excess oil. Place the tuna on top of the avocado slices. -
Fold the wrap:
Begin by folding in the sides of the flatbread towards the center. Then, fold up the bottom of the flatbread to form a seal, and carefully roll the wrap into a cylindrical shape, ensuring all the ingredients are securely wrapped inside. -
Grill the wrap:
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down on the pan, ensuring the closure is on the bottom. Grill for about 30 seconds or until the wrap is golden and crispy. Flip the wrap over and grill for another 30 seconds on the other side. -
Serve:
Remove the wrap from the pan, cut it in half, and serve immediately.
