Stuffed Lettuce Rolls with Tuna

Romaine Lettuce 4 leaves
Broad Beans (Fave) 400g
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 40g
Fresh Basil 3 leaves
Fine Salt To taste
Greek Yogurt 20g
Chopped Pistachios To taste
Fresh Chives 8 sprigs

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the filling: Start by preparing the broad bean filling. First, remove the beans from their pods and place them in the bowl of a food processor. Add the extra virgin olive oil and Greek yogurt to the beans, then blend until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
