Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cream the butter and caster sugar together until light and fluffy in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add vanilla essence to the creamed mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.
  5. Mash the ripe bananas using a fork until smooth, then add them to the creamy mixture and beat until well combined.
