- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened

- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup chopped mixed nuts
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk

Prepare Dough in Bread Machine:
- Place all the ingredients except the chopped mixed nuts into the bread machine in the order listed.
- Select the ‘dough raisin’ setting and start the machine.
- When prompted, add the chopped mixed nuts.
- Allow the bread machine to complete the dough-making cycle.

Rising and Baking:
- Once the dough cycle is complete, remove the dough and place it in a lightly greased loaf tin.
- Cover the tin and let the dough rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
- Bake the risen dough in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool.

- In a small bowl, blend together the icing sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.
