Beef Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams high-protein flour

  • 2 grams salt
  • 30 grams granulated sugar
  • 120 ml ice water or cold milk
  • 15 ml olive oil or vegetable oil

For the Toppings:

  • Barbecue sauce
  • Tomato sauce
  • Thinly sliced onion
  • Thinly sliced red and green bell peppers
  • Beef pepperoni (available at supermarkets)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Oregano

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the high-protein flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and bread improver. Stir well to distribute the ingredients evenly.
    • Gradually add the ice water (or cold milk), mixing until a dough forms and becomes smooth.
    • Incorporate the olive oil (or vegetable oil) and salt into the dough. Knead until the dough is elastic and smooth.
    • Shape the dough into a ball and let it rest for approximately 15 minutes.
  2. Shape and Preheat:

    • After resting, punch down the dough and divide it into two equal portions.
    • Roll out each portion of dough on a lightly floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to pizza pans or baking sheets.
  3. Assemble the Pizza:

    • Spread a layer of barbecue sauce and tomato sauce over each dough base.
    • Evenly distribute the thinly sliced onion, red and green bell peppers, and beef pepperoni over the sauce.
    • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and if using, a bit of Parmesan cheese.
    • Finish with a sprinkle of oregano for added flavor.
  4. Bake:

    • Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
