Recipe: Cheese Fondue
🕒 Total Time: 20 minutes

Description: Found this recipe on the Fondue Factory. I got the idea from Canarygirl to do a fondue dinner for my husband. I decided to go all out and do an appetizer (this one), a main course with oil, and of course a chocolate dessert one. This cheese recipe was awesome!

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the Swiss cheese, American cheese, cornstarch, and dry mustard.
-
Toss the mixture to coat evenly.
-
Add the Worcestershire sauce and mix well to incorporate.
-
In a saucepan or fondue pot (electric fondue pots work well), heat the beer until warm over medium heat.
-
Over medium-low heat, gradually add the cheese mixture to the warm beer, stirring constantly until the cheese has melted completely.
-
If using a saucepan, transfer the melted cheese to a fondue pot and keep warm over a fondue burner.
-
If using an electric fondue pot, set it to the warm setting to keep the cheese melted.
-
Serve the cheese fondue with bread, pretzels, or breadsticks for dipping.
Enjoy your cheesy delight with family and friends! 🧀🥖🥨
