Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound mild Italian sausage
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Prepare your ingredients by removing the skins from the sausage and cooking it in a heavy skillet, crumbling it as you cook.
