Ingredients:

  • 1 batch of mashed potatoes 🥔
  • 3/4 lb lean ground beef 🥩
  • 1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
  • 1 medium onion, chopped 🧅
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced 🧄
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 cups mushrooms, sliced 🍄
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
  • 1/3 cup seasoning salt
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper 🌶️
  • 1/3 cup additional shredded cheddar cheese 🧀

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Oven

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 🌡️

Step 2: Grease the Baking Dish

  1. Grease a 9 x 9-inch or an 11 x 7-inch square baking dish. 🍽️
