- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups self-raising flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup extra nuts for rolling
