1 Place all of the above ingredients, accurately measured and in the order listed, into the bread machine.

3 Once the dough cycle is complete, remove the dough from the bread machine and transfer it to a well-greased bowl. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
4 After the dough has risen, lightly knead it in the bowl for about 1 minute.

You have two options for shaping the bread: you can either pat the dough into a ball, flatten it slightly, pinch all the edges underneath, and place it in a round pan dusted with flour, or you can shape it into a log and place it in a loaf tin for a rectangular shape.
6 Let the shaped dough rise again, this time for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
7 Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
8 Bake the risen dough in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
