Instructions:

  5. Once melted, remove the bowl from heat and stir until smooth.
  6. Set aside for around 5 minutes to cool.
  7. Stir in the egg yolks, ground almonds, and the liqueur.
  8. In a separate large bowl, whisk the egg whites with salt until soft peaks form.
  9. Continue whisking, gradually adding sugar until stiff peaks form.
