Ingredients:

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup flour
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup unsalted margarine
6 ounces sugar
2 eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 ounces white chocolate chips
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Grease an 11 x 7 inch baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, combine the flour and salt, stirring to blend.
  4. In a double boiler over hot water, or in the microwave, combine the margarine and coarsely chopped chocolate.
  5. Heat, stirring occasionally, until melted and shiny.
  6. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally.
  7. Combine the sugar, eggs, and cooled chocolate mixture.
  8. Beat on medium speed until well mixed.
  9. Blend in the vanilla.
  10. Turn off the mixer and add the dry ingredients at once, then blend on low speed until incorporated.
  11. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula (resist the urge to lick, I know it’s tempting).
  12. Stir in the dark and white chocolate chips.
  13. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and level the top.
  14. You may now enjoy what’s leftover in the bowl ๐Ÿ˜‰.
  15. Bake for 30 minutes for fudgy brownies; a cake tester will come out with some batter on it.
  16. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
  17. Remove the pan from the oven to a wire rack and let it cool slightly.
  18. Keep covered with plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  19. These brownies are also amazing frozen; just make sure you have a good dentist! ๐Ÿ˜

These brownies are a delight for any occasion, whether it’s a quick snack, a lunchbox treat, or a decadent dessert. Enjoy the rich, chocolatey goodness and share the love with friends and family! ๐Ÿซโค๏ธ
