We had this for tea last night which is why I could get a photo of it. I love tossed salads and this one would be one of my favorites. Healthy and yummy. What more could you want?

Ingredients:

Quantity Ingredient
4 Lettuce
3 Mushrooms
1 Tomato
2 Cheese
1/2 Red Capsicum
1/4 English Cucumber
1 Spring Onion
Herbs
Pepper
Salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the lettuce in the bottom of a deep bowl.
  2. Sprinkle Italian herbs on the lettuce.
  3. Add the mushrooms, cheese, spring onions, and red capsicum.
  4. Slice the English cucumber and arrange it on top of the salad. Sprinkle some salt over the cucumber slices.
  5. Slice the tomato and add it to the salad. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the tomato slices.
  6. Sprinkle salad herbs on top of the tomato slices.
  7. Dress the salad with Italian light dressing.
