Ingredients:

- 1 serving of white rice
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 3 curly red chilies
- 3 bird’s eye chilies
- 1 beef sausage
- 3 fish balls
- Sliced cabbage
- 1 egg
- Green onions
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Raja Rasa sauce (or similar seasoning sauce)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Royco seasoning (or similar flavor enhancer)
Instructions:

Prepare the Egg: Begin by frying the egg sunny-side up and set it aside. This will be used as a garnish later.

Cook the Sausage and Fish Balls: Wash and cut the beef sausage and fish balls according to your preference. Fry them until they are cooked through, then remove and set aside.

Sauté the Aromatics: In the same pan, add a bit of oil if needed. Sauté the chopped shallots, garlic, curly red chilies, and bird’s eye chilies until fragrant and golden brown.

Combine Ingredients: Add the white rice to the pan, followed by the cooked sausage and fish balls. Stir everything together to combine well.

Season the Rice: Pour in the sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, Raja Rasa sauce, salt, and Royco seasoning. Mix thoroughly to ensure the rice is evenly coated with the sauces and seasonings.
