Instructions

Step Instructions
1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2 In a skillet, cook the pork sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
3 In the same skillet, cook the diced potatoes until they’re golden and crispy. Set aside to cool slightly.
4 Lightly grease a casserole dish and press the crescent roll dough evenly into the bottom, pressing up the sides for a crust.
5 Evenly spread the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and cooked potatoes over the crescent roll base.
6 In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and whisk together with salt and pepper.
7 Pour the seasoned eggs over the sausage, cheese, and potato layers.
8 Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the top is golden brown.
