Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Green Chutney

  1. In a blender, combine green chilies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, salt, and water.
  2. Blend until smooth, creating a fresh green chutney. Adjust the salt and lemon juice to taste if needed.

Step 2: Prepare the Bread and Apply Chutney

  1. Stack the bread slices, trimming the edges with a knife for a neat look if desired.
  2. Generously spread softened butter on each slice, followed by a layer of the green chutney.

Step 3: Layer the Sandwich Fillings

  1. Start by placing cucumber slices and a layer of potato slices on one buttered and chutney-covered bread slice.
