I like to buy steaks when they’re on sale, cut them into convenient serving sizes, and store them in individual zip-lock bags with this marinade, which I then freeze for future use. Simply take out as many portions as needed the night before and let them thaw in the fridge overnight. By evening, they will be perfectly marinated and ready for grilling, broiling, or even pan frying. Notably, I never discard the used marinade; instead, I boil it while grilling the meat and then pour the now-safe marinade over the cooked dish for an added burst of flavor.
