Ingredients:

6 Chicken breasts
1 Egg
1/3 cup Milk
3/4 cup Flour
3/4 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic powder
Sesame seeds
1 tsp Poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Parsley
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 cup Butter

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together egg and milk in a broad flat bowl until well combined.
  2. Soak chicken in the egg and milk mixture for a few minutes to tenderize.
  3. Blend remaining dry ingredients (flour, paprika, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, baking powder, parsley, and thyme) together in a plastic bag.
