Taco Casserole Recipe 🌮🥘

Description:

This quick, easy, family-pleasing one-dish meal is a sure-fire hit. Toppings can be layered on the finished casserole for potluck dinners. It also freezes well (without the toppings).

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 2 cans beans
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 bag Doritos
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 container sour cream

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Brown chuck, drain.
2 Add beans, soup, and Rotel tomatoes.
3 Layer Doritos and meat mixture in casserole dish.
4 Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
5 Bake at 350°F until cheese starts to brown.
6 Plate and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, and extra cheese.
