Ingredients:

8 Shrimp
12 oz Chicken breast
1 can (8 oz) Sliced water chestnuts
1 piece Gingerroot
1 Egg
1/2 cup Hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp Sherry wine

1 bunch Flat-leaf Italian parsley
2 tsp Garlic powder
3 cups Chicken broth
2 cups Snow peas
7 Scallions

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Filling:

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add ground pork and brown until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in gingerroot, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, sherry, beaten egg, minced flat-leaf parsley, garlic powder, sliced scallions, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked chopped shrimp.
  6. Remove from heat, mix thoroughly, and allow to cool slightly. This will be the filling for the wontons.

  2. Add sliced mushrooms, sliced water chestnuts, and snow peas.
  3. Carefully add wontons individually and cook until they float, about 1 to 2 minutes.
