Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 zucchini, grated
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare Dry Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and baking powder. Set aside.

- In another bowl, beat the eggs until they’re fluffy.
