Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened cocoa powder, glucose syrup, fine salt, and coconut oil. Stir thoroughly until the mixture becomes smooth and well-blended.
  2. Add the whole almonds and canned cherries to the bowl, gently mixing them into the cocoa mixture.
  3. Line a 20×10 cm rectangular baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. Place the pan in the freezer and allow the mixture to crystallize for about 30 minutes.
  5. Once set, remove the sweet treat from the pan, cut into pieces, and serve.
