Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Pistachios
  • 3/4 cup Dessicated Coconut (flakes)
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder (or chocolate protein)
  • 1/3 cup Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter)
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup (or Honey)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Start by processing the pistachios in a food processor until you achieve a coarse powder.
  2. Process the coconut flakes into a fine flour consistency.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the coconut flour with cocoa powder, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Add the maple syrup last.
  4. If the mixture is too wet, gradually add more coconut flour. If it’s too dry, add a bit more maple syrup.
  5. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, then roll the mixture into small round bites using your hands.
  6. Store the bites in an airtight container, either in the fridge or freezer to maintain freshness.
