- 2 Onions, thinly sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum), thinly sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum), thinly sliced

- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Button Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
- Salt, to taste
- 4 Corn Flour Tortillas

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the sliced onions and cook until they become translucent.
- Stir in the sliced bell peppers and cook until they are tender.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until they soften, followed by the paprika, cumin powder, and salt. Stir well and cook until the vegetables are tender and have absorbed the spices.
- Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in a separate pan or in the oven for 2 minutes on high heat until slightly browned.
