Instructions

Preparing the Tart Base:

  1. Start with the Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, crack the egg and add a pinch of fine salt. Use an electric hand mixer to whisk the mixture until well combined.

  2. Incorporate Butter: Add softened butter, cut into small pieces, into the bowl. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Sift the all-purpose flour directly into the bowl and mix on low speed. Gradually incorporate the hazelnut flour to create a homogeneous batter.
