Instructions

  1. Begin by heating water in a pan and blanching the cauliflower, broccoli, baby corn, asparagus, and green beans for about a minute to soften them. Once done, remove them from the pan and run them under cold water to stop the cooking process.

  2. In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat and add the cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle until fragrant.

  3. Quickly add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté for just about a minute to enhance their flavor.
