Instructions:

For the Crepes:

  1. Prepare the batter: In a small bowl, whisk the egg until well-beaten. Gradually add the whole milk, stirring constantly to incorporate it into the egg mixture. Once the milk is fully absorbed, you can proceed to the next step.
  2. Cook the crepes: Heat a non-stick pan or crepe maker (about 20 cm in diameter) over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with a small amount of butter. Pour in a small ladle of the crepe batter and tilt the pan to spread it evenly. Cook the crepe for 3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side. Continue until all crepes are cooked, placing them on a plate as they finish.
