Ingredients:

3 cups Flour
1 cup Unbleached flour
1 cup Sesame seeds
1 cup Poppy seeds
1/3 cup Barley
1/3 cup Sunflower seeds
1/3 cup Canola oil
1/2 – 1 cup Honey
3 cups Molasses
4 cups Skim milk
2 cups Water
1 tsp Salt
2 packets Dry yeast

Instructions:

  1. Spread sunflower seeds on a dry surface and gently roll with a rolling pin just enough to break them, not crush them.

  2. In a medium saucepan, mix all liquid ingredients. Heat until warm.

  3. Turn off the heat and add dry yeast without stirring. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes.

  4. After 5 minutes, stir the mixture until well combined.

  5. While waiting for the yeast mixture, mix all the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.

  6. Form a well in the middle of the dry ingredients. Gradually add and stir with a wooden spoon.
