Beef Fajitas Recipe
Ingredients:
- 300 grams beef sirloin
- 3 bell peppers (various colors), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- Lettuce, shredded
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Salt, sugar, and black pepper, to taste
- Tortillas or kebab wraps
Marinade for Beef:
- Slice the beef sirloin into strips about 2-3 cm thick. There’s no need to cut them into smaller pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, lime juice, ground cumin, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce (if using), salt, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the beef strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours; the longer, the better. For convenience, you can also freeze the marinated beef and defrost it when ready to cook.
