1 can (28 oz) Plum tomatoes, crushed with their juices
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Chicken soup base
1 tsp Italian seasoning
To taste Salt and black pepper
Parmesan cheese, grated for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Broth:

    • In a large cooking pot, combine 10 cups of water, 2 teaspoons of salt, chopped onion, celery ribs, celery leaves, bay leaf, and sliced carrot.
