Instructions:

Prepare Chicken: Place chicken pieces in a bowl.

Marinate Chicken: Add lemon juice and salt to the chicken. Mix well to coat the chicken pieces evenly with the lemon juice-salt mixture.

Prepare Green Chilies: Remove the stems of the green chilies and slit them vertically.

Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Temper Cumin Seeds: Add cumin seeds to the hot oil and allow them to crackle, releasing their aromatic flavors.
