Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, combine the kokum juice, water, and grated jaggery. If you’re using unsalted kokum juice, add salt to taste.
- Heat Gently: Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the jaggery completely dissolves. Avoid boiling the mixture to retain the fresh flavors.
