Ingredients:

Quantity Ingredient
1 iceberg lettuce
1 olive oil
2 dried rosemary
1/2 tomatoes
3 cucumbers
2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 lemon juice
1 salt
NA black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Lettuce:

    • Wash lettuce under running water.
    • Drain and allow to dry.
    • Tear into bite-sized pieces and refrigerate.
  2. Prepare Bread Cubes:

    • Cut bread into cubes.
    • Drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil, dried rosemary (you could use any other herb of your choice) and continue to roast on low flame.
  3. Prepare Bell Peppers:

    • Scald red, yellow, and green bell peppers.
    • Immediately dip in cold water.
    • Drain, peel off skin, and cut them into cubes.
  4. Mix Ingredients:

    • In a large bowl, mix together the cucumbers, tomatoes, red, yellow, and green bell peppers, and the lettuce leaves.
    • Mix well, then add the bread cubes and mix again.
  5. Season and Serve:

    • Drizzle lemon juice and the remaining olive oil.
    • Mix in salt and black pepper to taste.
    • Toss well and serve cold.
