Ingredients:
- 1 pound baby shrimp
- 1/4 cup champagne grapes
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)
- 4 sandwich rolls
