Spicy ABC Sardines Recipe

Bird’s Eye Chili 3-4 pieces
Red Chili Pepper 2 pieces
Shallots 2 cloves
Garlic 2 cloves
Small Tomato 1 piece

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Thinly slice the shallots, garlic, Bird’s Eye chili, and red chili pepper. Smash the galangal and ginger to release their flavors.

  2. Sautéing: In a pan, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the sliced shallots, garlic, and chilies, sautéing until fragrant and slightly golden.

  3. Adding Sardines: Gently add the can of ABC spicy sardines along with the chopped tomato.
