Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tofu:

  2. Chop the Aromatics:
    While the tofu is frying, thinly slice the red shallots, garlic, bird’s eye chili, and green onion. The aromatic combination will infuse the dish with wonderful flavors.

  3. Sauté the Ingredients:
