Spicy Tuna Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams canned tuna
  • 4 shallots, thinly sliced

  • 3 kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced
  • 2 cm ginger, finely sliced
  • 50 ml water

  • 7 red bird’s eye chilies
  • 1 teaspoon salt
